Milwaukee Park: SE Linn & South Delaware. Shelter, playground, water.Cap Erbe Park & Wildlife Preserve: 2001 SE Linn. 3 shelters, restroom, prairie trail, playground.
Boone Municipal Pool
Open everyday from after Memorial Day till Labor Day.
Open swim Monday – Thursday (1-8:20) & Friday – Sunday (1:00-6).
Admission is $2.50, with season passes and punch cards also available.
Also available are group party rates.
Shelter/Pavilion Rentals
J.B. McHose Shelter: Seating capacity 120, 100 chairs, 14 folding tables. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, sink with cold water. Fireplace. Flush toilets nearby. Close to playground, softball diamond, swimming pool, kids fishing pond, hiking trails, tennis and volleyball courts, Building is not heated or air conditioned.
Scout Cabin: Seating capacity 80, 60 chairs, 10 folding tables. Stove, refrigerator, sink with cold water, fireplace, pit toilets outside. Close to playground, hiking trails, and kids fishing pond. Building is heated for year round use. No air conditioning.
Floyd Gutterridge Shelter: Seating capacity 50, 40 chairs, 6 folding tables. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, furnace and water outside. Pit toilet outside. Close to playground, hiking trails and horse arena. Building is heated for year round use. No air conditioning.
Herman Park Pavilion: Open-air pavilion has been divided into 3 sections to accommodate multiple group usage.
